I should have taken before pictures because it is hard to believe that they could transform a horrendous 50year accumulation of rat friendly junk into a pristine and livable space. Four very hard-working young men, who labored all day restored my home. They did such an amazing job. I am forever grateful and highly recommend this company. From the estimate to picking up the last bit of debris Juan, Alfredo and crew were hard working and professional. About a year and a half ago I found American Attic and they cleaned my crawl space and installed a vapor barrier. This year was time for a new roof which created a big mess in the attic. I got our attic insulation replaced with American Attic.

Juan promptly came in for inspection, identified rat infestation issue, found the entry points and recommended solutions for it.

He was flexible and his team worked around our availability. They sealed, sanitized, replaced all the insulation. Enough traps were also set and rechecked after a week to make sure no points were left open. His team was super professional and hard working.

Juan also gave pretty good deal compared to other attic companies.

Juan the owner, came to inspect the crawl space and answered questions that I had. He was easy to talk to and gave a reasonable quote the same day. The team that came to do the crawl space cleanup were on time and friendly and did the job in a timely manner. Juan and his team were a great find. It was wonderful to do business with a responsive owner who takes personal interest and pride in doing good work at a good price. They did the rodent removal, clean up and exclusion that we contracted for and left everything clean. Juan followed up later to check on results and will be available if needed in future. Juan Santos and his team did an amazing job installing 2 sump pumps and a vapor barrier in our crawlspace for a fair and reasonable price. This was to minimize water accumulating in our crawlspace and prevent evaporation into the house. After his install, we noticed a marked improvement in the humidity levels. We also asked him to add an attic fan to improve the temperature and prevent condensation in our attic. A+ job from him and his team. Highly recommend!!
